There are some very complex and powerful options for BI deployments in large companies. All one needs is sufficient budget and time to implement and away you go!

What about everyone else? Open source components, smaller scope of work scenarios and so forth are the most likely options along with don't take on the effort at all. Of course that leaves out process optimization - another system to tackle at a later date.

We have taken a different approach. We have created a platform that addresses an enterprise wide need in BI and BPO (Busienss Process Optimization) for a fraction of the cost and effort of the larger BI players in the space. This is our flagship Central Authority system.

It's all about configuration - our design lets you educate the "Authority" for the client as you interview them to learn about their environment and their data sources. It literally becomes a subject matter expert - hence the Authority designation in Central Authority.

Once the content is established, the data mapped and the output designed an entire company can be on line with an in memory dashboard and drill down capability that is as powerful as anything on the market. The process optimization is built in to the system. It takes place because the Authority watches what is happening against your pre-defined criteria for success and takes an "Action" whenever an "Event" occurs such as a productivity deficiency or a cost overrun against your standard.

The Actions can be an email notification, the creation of a queue item for later or a more immediate text message to make someone aware of an issue that must be fixed quickly.

The results can be staggering. In a deployment at a large Mortgage Brokerage firm the Authority implemented there reduced processing times by 75% and increased Fee collection by eliminating manual forms and processes. A six figure contract paid for itself with an ROI measured in months.
