What is the process of analysis in BI and EPM technology? The reason i ask often times i see the culmination of BI and EPM implementations result in Dashboards. These are based on design and requirements which were put on paper 5 months ago or at the start of the project. In the interim business changes, but there is no process to incorporate the changed need into the dashboards and the process of analysis. How are these changes incorporated in Dashboards and the delivery aspect of BI and EPM technology?
